It’s not a sales call — it’s a technical conversation. We start by understanding where you are, what kind of company you’re running, and how people actually use your spaces. How many people in the room? Are you a Microsoft Teams or Zoom environment? Is an architect already involved? Do you have equipment preferences or standards you want to keep consistent across locations? We ask a lot of questions before we say anything — then we walk you through the process, what to expect, and what a realistic timeline looks like.
We start with the people using it, not the equipment. We want to understand what you need the room to do — and sometimes that means a custom approach rather than an off-the-shelf solution. From there we work from the floor plan — proposing display layouts and audio solutions matched to the room size and how the space is actually used. There’s usually back and forth between us and the client. That’s normal and expected — the right solution rarely comes from the first conversation.
We don’t give numbers before we understand the scope — a number without context is rarely useful. We gather all the information first, run a preliminary review based on what the project requires, and provide a realistic budget range drawn from our experience with similar spaces and environments. Once the engineering is properly in place, that becomes a detailed, itemized quote. We’d rather take the time to get it right than hand you a figure that doesn’t reflect what the project actually needs.
Every Dizalink project includes a three month warranty on the work completed. After that, we offer flexible service contracts for clients who want ongoing coverage — particularly recommended for high-impact spaces like boardrooms, conference suites, and hotel infrastructure. Having a direct line to the people who built the system is worth more than explaining everything from scratch to someone who has never seen it. We stay available, and for the right environments we strongly recommend staying connected.
Yes — and more than most. When a new space opens, our team stays on site through the first days of live operation. If something needs attention while people are actually using the space for the first time, we’re there to handle it immediately. The system isn’t truly complete until it’s been tested under real conditions by real people — and we don’t consider a project closed until that bar has been met.
Expertise is expertise regardless of company size — that’s the honest answer. What changes is the level of attention your project receives. At Dizalink, every project is handled by a small, focused team that stays with it from the first conversation to the final sign-off. No competing priorities, no large project pipeline pulling attention elsewhere. Your space gets the time it takes to get it right — and someone who genuinely cares whether it does.
